New Masters of the Abandoned Meteorological Station - Polar Bears

The photograph with a polar bear in the window became the best wildlife image as judged by the jury of the competition “Wild nature of Russia” of the magazine “National Georgraphic”. This photo as well as some others were taken by Dmitrii Kokh at the abandoned meteorological station on Kolyuchin island in the Chukchi Sea.

  1. The poor things!

If Russia was “doing the right thing”, they would send a plane over that area and drop a load of fish for those bears to eat before they starve to death. Plus, the Russians should send a party to that location and get rid of all those resting 55 gallon drums littering the site. You need to send this video to Comrade Vlad Putin and get him on this!

In ‘merica we have a program to “save the polar bears” (you send in $$$) and Russia should do the same. It’s only right.

    • Why should they? Those bears are not malnutritioned or threatened in any way. Neigther are the bears anywhere else. You are brainwashed by enviromentalist propaganda. Stop feeling and start thinking.
