  1. I can not loose the thought that people from years ago were much freer than todays.
    The same goes for the massive flow of goods and services which are no way to happiness.
    The scarcity and basics from generations ago was what made people happy the moment something rare was found.
    Today many things can be had but people are deeply unhappy and their existence and freedom are empty shells because they lack a social context and there is no solidarity.

  2. Oh, yes , now the Russian shops are full of foods and goods but people without work can just look.
    Difficult to found a just middle between capitalism and hard communism.
    In St Petersburg we were in a nice hostel, without hot water who come curiously from the town…
    The country is also poisoned by new riches who make a mafia.
