Slava Stepanov had a flight over Baikal Lake by helicopter and shared cool photos taken from the height. Let us remind you that Baikal is the deepest lake on the planet, it’s located in Eastern Siberia. It’s also the biggest reservoir of fresh water in the world that has a tectonic origin. The lake is often compared with a sea – its square is over 23 thousand square kilometers, its maximum depth – 1642 meters.
