American movies are watched in Russian villages as well. In local movie theaters. However it’s too costly to advertise each new movie so they choose a cheaper way. They make such posters to attract spectators.

“Bridget Jones’s Diary”

“Bruce Almighty”

“Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows”

“Friends with benefits”

“Kill Bill”

“Men in black-2”

“Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban”

“The Aviator”

“Mr. Deeds”

“Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”

“Matrix-3”

“Surrogates”

“District 9”

“Scooby Doo”

“Mission Impossible”
I admire Russian people….they make-do with what they have.
I knew a lot of the movies just by the posters. So could they not just print a poster out? Never visited so I don’t know their capability.
It’s must be old posters. On poster Bruce Almighty said “absolutly hit of the year”.
The last one is from Africa, not from Russia.
