Snow and warm weather caused a massive amount of accidents on Moscow highway this morning, here is a vid:

…first i would get rid of this overly huge advertising boards along the roads. They should not be there at all… no advertising on no major roads.
…then it is probably the same as always, the drivers did not adapt the driving conditions inside to the ones outside…
