  1. Fine photos, but not all of them are form 1956. For example the last photo – check the dates on the poster, plus it does not look like 1956. Also the girl with a radio – the radio is from 80’s. I bet that this model radio is still working at my parents place. Thought it is not in use any more as now we use the western FM band for the radio stations instead of the Russian/Soviet FM band. Or perhaps now also in Russia they use Western style FM band (88 to 108 MHz) ?

  3. Thanks for showing the work of Peter Bock-Schroeder (1913-2001)
    In 1956 my father was the first west german photographer to have permission to work in the former USSR.
    I would like to bring this Archive to Russia to show it to a greater audience.
