Since recently Russian army has officially allowed to own mobile phones for the soldiers. That was great new for them, especially for the soldiers that serve their compulsory draft service. They can use phones one day a week – on Sunday. But since army was not equipped with enough outlets for all those chargers such constructs appear everywhere where soldiers live. Let’s take a look at some more:

  1. Its understandable that they want to keep in contact with their friends and family back home. Many are away from home for the first time.
