Starting from 2008 the demand for real estate in “Rublyovka” has been decreasing. Many those who live here sell their houses and move abroad. This tendency is becoming only more stronger. While the prestige of the posh village is falling, prices of its houses are only growing…
The previous part can be seen here.
It reads “The final sale of the apartments”.
Move abroad or stay?

I suspect there must me some sort of “underground” IKEA serving the snobs worldwide. Barcelona chair, the ugly Eames plywood thing… How comes they could live without LC4?? Rolleyes…
Ugly ? I’m sitting (well, rather lying) on eames lounge chair at the moment (rosewood, black leather). One of the most comfortable chairs, ever.
Eames ugly ? Well don’t know about that.. the carpets are ugly for sure.
BLEAH!!
The conservatory is so British…lots of bad weather + a garden = make wall out of glass so you can look at the lawn.
Nice, but a lot of those places would feel like living in a hotel lobby.
Previous owners = government officials looting the treasuries. I am sure whoever replaces them will be more industrious and hardworking.
LC4 … yuk! Not that dentists’ chair.
the first houses from the top these are imitation of asian / bauhaus / bavarian / english / american style.
why the russian people with so much money dont have own “russian style” ???
the flat in the more -familyhouse with white -interieur == > hospital interieur!!! it is very cold 🙂
sorry my friends -I am from germany – is this russian futur???
I’m wondering which one is the American style?
Better than the usual russian pimps houses and gaudy crap they have.
oh i don’t know, the pimp houses have their certain charm, the insouciance of having fur rugs and Moet bottles
Most of these should go to”graziness”section.
