  1. This doesn’t look too shabby – in fact it looks better than lots of the run-down flats featured here. Give it a proper cleanup and it’s a cheap place to live for people with low income.

  2. Looking at all that old stuff, I think how much collectors pay for Soviet-era items on Ebay, so long as the postage is reasonable. There must be a lot of gold waiting for the right entrepeneurs in Russia.
