My heart always melts when I look into Tatiana’s eyes!
She was the most beautiful, of the beautiful Romanov princesses. Those girls weren’t spoiled either; Nicholas insisted on raising them with very little comforts, so that they would know that there was more to life than possessing great wealth and luxury. You can always see the seriousness in Tatiana’s face especially. It is so sad.
I agree with every word you posted Scott. And second it.
Russia will never recover from the stigma of eliminating the Imperial family.
Trotsky was in favor of putting the Tsar on trial, with himself as a prosecutor. (a fair proposition)
Stop worshiping that mass murderer! Lenin and Trotsky planned the famine of the 1920s by requisitioning everything that was produced. Then when the people of Tambov rebelled against this unjust policy they were slaughtered by chemical weapons. Trotsky was responsible for this!
Lovely people. Really sad. Russia always destroys its best, so the worst can thrive.
I had to look at this posting again.
I cant belive they shot those girls.. Its all Tzar fault, he shoud see whats coming and send few thousands spys/comunist/zionist to Siberia with one way ticket!
But no pity at all for the poor fools her dad sent to be killed. Russia is very lucky to survive in one piece.
Lenin’s paranoia would not allow them to survive.
Satan, why do you even mention them? This wasn’t about them, this was about the princess. Of course there is pity for them, just like the other millions that were sent to their death by their leaders. It was a world war.
But that is a completely different subject. So in a post about the princess, we’re supposed to talk about something else?
Why shouldn’t he mention them? Millions of ordinary people’s lives are nothing compared to that of one princess?
Plus, from where do you think the likes of Stalin got the idea of Gulags, forced labour, oppression, etc…?
The Czars cousin,King George of England tried to rescue them but was prevented. Bitterly,he said “Those politicians, if it had been one or their own, there would have been plenty of volunteers. But, because he was a king…”
The sins of the father will fall on his children. Let this be a lesson to all of the bourgeoise.
If you were an educated Russian you would know that the daughter of the Russian Tzar were Grand Duchesses not mere Princesses, but then again the people who work at englishrussia are not educated Russians.
