The grenade was accidentally found in the forest and was claimed to be a practice one. That’s why it was just hidden in a box and waited in the wings until it was decided once to change it into a ball grenade.
First and foremost, it was necessary to find information. The Soviet F1 hand grenade contains a 60 gram explosive charge, its total weight is 600 grams.
The standard time delay for this fuze is 3.5 to 4 seconds. The distance the grenade can be thrown is estimated at 30–45 meters. The radius of the shrapnel dispersion is up to 200 meters.
Let’s take solvent, a bit of dye (green), silver stain, polishing paper, a brush and a screwdriver.
Clean the grenade.
The grenade is cleaned and ready for color application.
Beautiful.
The grenade is left behind so that it could become dry and you can do something else, for example, to play with a kitten.
Now let’s color the other parts of the grenade.
That was nice and easy.
This is the key chain I have always dreamt of!
Isn’t it too heavy for key chain?
Easy as ABC… Get F1 hand grenade… HA HA HA
Now take it through the airport. 🙂
I wish I can randomly find a hand grenade in the forest.
Interesting key that one which looks like finnish lock invention ABLOY. The key of yours is slightly different but it clearly is some kind of copy. Where did you get it?
There is no way that that grenade weighs 600g unless its made of antimatter
Or just thick iron.
What happened to the explosive material?
