  2. Were there any victims? As for the scaffold, I never trusted them. Here in New York every fourth building is covered with repairing scaffold, which of course is necessary to keep the building well maintained, but it is really annoying, because too many people have to pass through such construction and those structured do not look safe, neither do they look good. And sometimes those structures stand there for years. What does it take so long?

  3. Wow. Just that proves that if you don’t use safe and quality building equipment things like this are just waiting to happen. It definitely could have been avoided.
