It must be converted with the help of these transformers which reduce the current and raise the voltage. And that’s it, electricity is ready to be sent.
The inner rails are used to deliver a transformer to the repair room in case if it fails. The outside rails are used by the crane which opens and closes the gates from the side of the river.

When electricity is ready to be sent, it goes to the substation.
The substation is located next to the HPP, on the left bank of the river.
Here electricity is distributed and transmitted along high-voltage power lines.
Then it reaches the electricity substation near your house. With the help of transformers, the high voltage is reduced and the current is increased. After that it’s distributed to your apartments.
Now let’s imagine that we have the rainy season and the reservoir is overflowed. In this case there is a spillway.
It can be opened and the excess water will simply pour out of the reservoir.
