Here is a simple but eatable recipe of cooking chicken.
We need: chicken, oil – 150 ml, two eggs, one tablespoonful of vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard, greenery – marjoram, rosemary.
Of course you can buy mayonnaise in a shop, but the cook decided to prepare it herself. We beat up yolks, adding oil little by little. Then salt and sugar to taste, mustard on the tip of a knife and a tablespoonful of vinegar.
We spread the chicken with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, marjoram and rosemary…
…and put it in a special plastic package for baking.
We fix it, pierce in several places and put into the oven.
390 degrees Fahrenheit, 1 hour.
