Another interesting recipe is fried liver rolls – a traditional Ukrainian dish.
We need – beef liver, a piece of raw pork fat, onions and spring onions, a pair of boiled eggs and dried and finely ground breadcrumbs.
We cut onion and pork fat into small pieces and fry them.

Now we add cut eggs and turn off the fire.
Now we cut liver into thin slices and beat them a bit.
We prepare everything for the coating: dried breadcrumbs and frothed eggs.
Now we put the stuffing and cut greenery on the slices and roll them up.
Now we coat the rolls with breadcrumbs and put them into the freezer for half an hour. Then fry them deep-fat.
