Mess with the Best…

Russian soldiers

Yesterday in the news there was a story about Russian soldier who was beaten to death by other soldiers while on the exam to get accepted to Special Forces service.

It comes out that they have a special tradition on those exams when the wannabe soldier have to face a few of Russian active service special force desperados for a given amount of minutes, and should not get down. I don’t know have the soldier in question got down or not, but he died as a result of the “exam”.

And here are some photos of those who were more fortunate than him and passed the exam.

    • OMG poor russian special services look like nothing more than undisciplined thugs that putin can use to torture his own people. 🙁

  1. The commentary has the usual theme. Russia bad. I have yet to see the critics of Russia and her army actually get out there and do it. Initiations take place in all armies in one form or another. The question is are you tough enough for them? Do you have the guts?

  2. Breaking pieces of asbestos?? Some of them will probably get lung cancer if they keep doing those weird shows.
Real soldiers wont perform in that kind of gay circus.

I like this picture where he smashes an egg with his head. After wards he puts it back together again – this is the difficult and secret part and therefore not shown on picture.

The man with no shirt just waxed and is itchy now, so no shirt. All mans are metrosexuals, that mucgh is clear. Very fashionable!!

Soem facts: in the kazernes more boys die during the army-initiation than during battle. In Afghanistan, during 10 years of battle around 10000 russians man were killed. Everybody talks about it. In that same period, at home, every YEAR 14000 women were beaten to death by their husbands. Every 40 minutes a woman is killed by her drunk partner!! Nobody talks about that!
Shame on you Russia!!!! Save these ballet performances for the circus !!!

  4. Well, first of all it’s not a Russian army but Ukranian army from Sebostopol. And this is not a training, it’s some kind of show for army open doors to initiate young people to go to the army. Check your information before posting. Oh, wait, I forgot that Russians think that Crimea belongs to Russia…Well, no.

    • No, it’s not Ukrainian army;
1 – the army truck has Russian licence plate
2 – the balloons are in the Aquafresh colors – Russian flag
3 – there is a Moscow (red) flag

    • Actually Savastopol does belong to Russia as there were no appropriate documents signed when Kruschev decided to give this present to Ukraine just to get elected as you know he was Ukrainian, and most of the politburo were Ukrainian, so don’t blame Russia too much if there were many Ukrainians there too, don’t talk of the 1925 starvations as a genocide although I don’t know how many Ukrainians there were in the politburo back then, probably only a few.

  6. Para bellum, the one who’s the fool is you. Check what you claim first. I haven’t said that it happened in Crimea, I said that this is a military brigade from Sebostopol and Sebastopol is in Crimea. But it could take place somewhere in Russia, that’s how the presence of Russian flag can be explained. But go here and read this. This is a military blog of the authour of these pictures. Go and get yourself informed:

Just type the name on the pictures in Google and you’ll find it.
I don’t know why but my comment is still in moderation for 8 hours now, may be because of the link that I put in here.
    Anyway, go and inform yourself.

  12. russian spetznaz are very well trained and are excelent soliders. But to compair USA/Aussie/UK spec-ops is like comairing the AK to the M-16 pattern weapons: you cant as the mindset of the two is as different as night and day.
In a stand up fight to the death winner take all there is only one group of true Warriors left: USMC!!!!

  13. The US Army Special Forces aka The Green Berets would eliminate every single one of the guys pictured here. Why are they breaking boards and bottles? Are they getting ready to fight Jackie Chan? Oh wait I know, they’re getting ready for when all the empty vodka bottles and trees rise up against Russia!

    • I do not think so, Reaper. It`s not that just we are talking namely about these guys pictured here. If an examplar US, let say, Green beret and Russian paratrooper would come to close grips in a bout, one`s personal unsurpassed skill would win, despite the nationality or preference to any kind of martial arts. And don`t forget about the last, but not the least role of its Majesty, the Fortune.

  14. Interesting. Russia is a part of Europe and also a part of Asia. They like martial arts which is good for interrogation after capturing enemy prisoners. Martial arts is not good for any CQB situation but make trainees more aggressive and agile in any situation.

Honestly guys… are these russian special forces, professionals or are those some binge drinking, wodka bottles on their head smashing grunts? It looks like the russian version of the shaolin “i smash stuff on my head” chinese circus.
