  1. I am glad to see that this wonderful Siberian tradition of gingerbread woodwork is alive and well (although I doubt that she did all that herself).

    And it is not a Siberian tradition. You can not find such woodwork in Siberia. It is Palekh, Ivanovo region, 300 km far from Moscow.

  3. I admire the talent and hardwork of the old lady but sadly people do not value such work of art in poor Russia thanks to poverty where people proritise their needs or basic necessities of life such as food, water and shelter 🙁
