Life is full of amazing things we don't even know about. When we have a chance to see them we
feel bright emotions and delight. One of such things is an unusual gym in Kiev, Ukraine.
The whole subway station "Polytechnic Institute" in Kiev was reported to be closed soon only due to the malfunction of the
escalator. It does not seem too reasonable, right? But why is repair of an escalator so difficult to do? Let us check this out.
Kiev ia having heavy snowfalls and frost these days. It was hard to get into the city because of high snow but now it is already melting -
the temperature is above zero. While the city was under the beautiful cover of the snow the author managed to take these shots.
Who told you that it's boring to shoot the sessions of the State Duma? In the Russian Parliament they really only sleep, pick noses, play in their iPads, solve
crosswords, apply makeup. They all know they decide nothing. But the situation in Ukrainian Rada is much more amusing. Sometimes real battles take place there.
There many mysteries hidden under the city of Kiev, Ukraine. Grand constructions built in the epoch of the "Cold War" intended to protect people in case of natural disasters
and nuclear wars etc. For the needs of protection of such a big bomb shelter as the subway they were building deep highly protected structures like this one.
Now goes the final and the most spectacular event of the reconstruction devoted to Kiev liberation from the Nazi invaders. 800 people and 30 units of equipment took
part in it. You are about to see the event with the eyes of one participant who was on the battlefield and in the trenches. See the previous reports: 1, 2.
Brovarsky radio transmitting antenna center is 259,5 meters (851 ft) high. It is the third highest construction in Kiev and in
its suburbs. Recently it was broadcasting BBC in the medium range. The power of the transmitter is said to be 150 kW.
A new apartment complex "Comfort Town" was built in Kiev, Ukraine. The housing is of an economy class, the total area of the
complex is almost twenty eight hectares. However it doesn't look Ukrainian at all. You tell us what country it resembles.
We are asleep such an enormous part of our life! It's a pity because we must be missing
something worth seeing. Like this morning fog that recently covered the city of Kiev, Ukraine.
Today we are going to the Nalivaikivka airfield which is located 50 km (30 miles) from Kiev to have an air
tour over the Ukrainian capital and see how it looks like in the colors of the golden fall from above.
