Russian Athlete Travelled to top of the Mountain with a Barbell

A Russian bodybuilder has travelled to the top of the highest mountain in Europe and Russia - Mount Elbrus. He didn't travel alone. He took his favorite 75 kilo (or around 150 lbs) barbell together with him on his
shoulders. It took him eight days to reach the height of 5,642 meters (18,510 feet)! He got severely burned and was tired but still went forward and on September 6th he reached his goal. A few photos are inside.

Eighty year old Russian actor, Ivan Krasko, recently married a twenty four year old girl in St. Petersburg. The girl, Natasha, used to be his student. It's the fourth marriage for Ivan and
the first for Natasha. They hired a cabrio to ride around the city after the marriage and then went to Ivan's villa. Inside are some more photos including their lovely kiss.

The most advanced and the newest Russian weapons are taken there for display and to gain interest from foreign buyers who visit this expo each year, and this year is not an exception! This time it's the tenth exhibition - more and more people attend each year - this year there were over 20,000 people
visiting from all over the world. They sell everything here, from tanks to uniforms, from gas and fuels to first aid kits - anything you need to equip a modern army. Sixty five counties have sent their buyers to see the newest weapon products and make contracts. Let's see what they saw, thanks to Ilya who went there and took the photos!

  Penumba, an urban exploration blogger, has paid a visit at night to an abandoned but still guarded Soviet bomb shelter. The floors of it have been flooded with water for years, but it didn't stop him from visiting! They thoroughly planned their visit so as to
avoid all of the guards - there were at least a few guard stations on the perimeter of the area where this shelter is stationed. Then they put the rubber boots that they carried in their backpacks on when entering the shelter. And here they are - inside!
