As people say he parked, but couldn’t get out from the car, obviously, and then he wasn’t brave enough to drive out too, so just stayed in the car.
Efficient Parking
When the parking lots are small and the surrounding residential buildings are big and populated they have to park the cars this way. Probably, they access the cars from behind.
Bus Stop Parking
They say this guy was too drunk and took the bus stop for his parking garage, so he parked and left the building.

First one is a mobile cam video made at some Russian army headquarters where older soldier studies newcomers how to protect their ladies from the migrants from the South. The main point of the video is first to use all the stuff you can use to fight and not to use bare hands.

When all the parking slots are busy, then you can express your protest parking in some not so usual way.
Garage Fail
Those kind of cubic structures is a common thing in urban areas of Russian cities near multi-stored buildings. They put them everywhere for parking need grouped in sometimes large sometimes small blocks like these ones on the pictures. Owners of those parking cubicles sometimes want to have more space for some storing purposes, so they dig holes in the ground and put ladders inside so that to have an underground room there. Sometimes they fail to do this correctly and the whole cubicle goes underground, and sometimes together with the car and even sometimes with less fortunate car owners.
Moscow Parking
When there are now parking slots available in Moscow some guys park like this.
Don’t Park Cars Here
The sign on the fence reads “Don’t Park Cars Here”. So if you go travel to Russia don’t park the cars near the fences with a sign “Don’t Park Cars Here”, they might be serious about that.

Today we’ve already posted news about some guys in Russia that hunt for the wrongly parked cars and then make photos of them. But this driver would probably take Grand Prix among “parking kings”! The witnesses says, that after parking the car in such a way, the driver came out and simply went by the metro (to which it was the entrance with stairway).
