A Different Angle of View on Lenin Monuments
One our visitor is fond of making photos of Lenin monuments which are not rare to meet in Russia. But he doesn’t make the regular photos, no, he makes a photo from one specific angle. He shared with us his collection.
Soviet Era Victims Museum
This is a strange monument complex in one of Russian parks. In the center of this complex there are different monuments from the Soviet Era stand, collected from different communist party locations and around it there is a stone storage for hundreds of stone heads looking from out of the bars at those communist art examples with despair. The Stalin statue by the way is already without a nose.
Some Monuments of Moscow
This is a small review of some monuments in Moscow, Russia.
The one above is probably can be called a monument for the Donkey from “The Shrek” movies, the resembles is astonishing.
Pink Lenin
Some Russian youngsters decided that old Lenin monuments scattered across the Russian cities look gray and dull and decided to add some color to them, here is one example of more revived Lenin monument.
Horse Heads Monument
A new monument appeared in Moscow. Actually it should commemorate a famous Russian writer Sholokhov, but people say that the coolest part are the horse heads coming right out of the concrete slab.

Some Other Russian-Estonian Monuments
While hundreds people quarrel online and offline about the Soviet Bronze Soldier monument moved to another place by Estonian authorities, some more Soviet monuments can be found treated totally with lack of any respect in the back yard of “Museum of History” in the capital of Estonia - Tallinn. Anyone can come and see Stalin, Lenin and other Russian Soviet heroes standing and lying scattered all over the backyard, together with stone tombs which were saint for all Soviet people who trusted in Soviet state, now probably waiting their turn to go to scrap site.
