Broad streets of Minsk city turned into Venice styled channels full of water channels when suddenly the 20% of annual raining amount happened in one day.
Parking Sand

What has happened to this parking lot in Kiev is following. At night there was flood that brough a lot of water and sand to the places below some level and then in the morning the water was gone but sand and dirt stayed at its place, so when the car owners came to drive out from the lot they found their cars half stuck in sand, right in the middle of the city.
An Amusent Park Gets Underwater

This amusement park in Volgograd gets underwater suddenly. People had to run from the roller caster so that not to dive under water in its next curve. All as the result of somebody at hydro electric plant forgot to warn the park that they gonna rise the water level.
The Tube Cape

This is “The Tube Cape” and island in Russia where strange formations of stone were found. Traditional geologists think that it might be lava structures, but locals who live nearby, and many visitors who come here from different parts of Russia doubt this and call them man made, probably belonging to some unknown people who lived here in prehistoric times. Some new-agers even suppose that this structures were used by some technologically advanced civilization that existed on the Earth at the age before the Bible flood.
A New Lake in Moscow?

Yet another flood occurred in the Russian capital near Dmitrovskoe highway. This time the reason was a hole in the effluent disposal line. As a consequence, the roads have turned to the rivers and the big lake have been formed down the street for a while.

Yet another flood has occurred in Russia this Tuesday. This time in some districts of its capital - Moscow. As you can see on the picture above, some Moscow people met this incident with due enthusiasm.
