It glows like that for 3 seconds.

i saw simular things in clearwater beach, fl, teenagers drive cars which have neon lights installed on the bottom and wheels decorated with glowing things around.. looks pretty cool… when i see it i’m so jealous that i never had that kinda time in my youth.. damn comunists
