By the looks of it, the reg. plate on the car looks to be from Kazakhstan. Alternativly, it could also be an old Soviet plate.

It can’t be a Russian car because the plate has an F in it. There’s no letter in the Russian alphabet that looks like an F.

I’ve seen some crazy stuff like this on the highway in the US. Luckily, the police have been arresting the dumb people who try to do this. There are now some very harsh punishments for this type of behavior. Aside from the obvious, the problem is that once a vehicle gets up to highway speeds all of that stuff comes loose and blows out over the road. In some instances, this has actually lead to serious automobile accidents that have resulted in death. Today, if you get caught hauling stuff in an unsafe manner you are likely to go to prison for several years. In other words, it may look silly, but it’s no laughing matter.

this is for sure somewhere near almaty or in almaty.. the thing is that cars registered has first digit A.. my car’s number, for example, is A 008 FZM.. and cars registered somewhere near almaty are getting B.. but it is so many B numbers in almaty/.. so the piceture is more probably was made in Almaty..
