Man Threw Up All His Happy Lunch
This looks disgusting but what can we do. There always have been some talks that guys working in McDonalds restaurants as a joke put different awful stuff inside the meals.
This time an old man threw up right in McDonalds, right after finishing his hamburger.
After such photos one can loose his will to go to McDonalds, at least while travel to Russia, where McDonalds is defeated with an unknown virus, keeping everything strange.

uh. . .yeah. . .that’s not a particularly RUSSIAN happening– people vomit up their McDonald’s food all over the world. . . it’s MCDONALDS!
of course, something about that guy makes me think he might have been drunk too, which will make you vomit up anything.
Do You think it’s McDonald’s food on the ground only because there’s McDonald’ umbrella over the man? My opinion, it’s a homeless guy, he’s a drunkard (ofcourse… i never could look at such people without a pity..), and he came to McD just to spend (or live) there next 3-4 hours… Who knows, maybe he had to eat garbige to survive… And now we can see something that was eaten 2-nd time…
Well, such an awfull things could happen in almost every country…

I’ve worked in a fast food restaurant here in the UK and I know that little extras are occasionally added to the meals. I saw nothing that would make you ill, perhaps you would be sick if someone told you it was in there after you ate it, but nothing poisonous.

I would think this would happen to be unrelated to the food. Maybe he had a stomach virus. Maybe he was just drunk. The food would have just acted as a catalyst. If it was the food in itself, it would be that sort of fuck-up you could see anywhere.
Um, ya - people are always getting sick at McDonalds and throwing up.
Eveyone knows that.
That’s why it is the most successful restaurant in the entire world and remains one of the most popular restaurants in Russia. Because people love to puke, and there is always room for more!
As mentioned by others, this guy looks like a drunk. Plus, that is a huge pile of puke, he must have stuffed about 3 or 4 Big Macs down his gullet before hurling it up again.
