Because there was no disabled persons in the Soviet Union (as well as sex), everyone was healthy and happy.

1st, FALSE KIROV STOP IMPERSONATING ME YOU WHIT.

Second, Sex was recommended by Soviet doctors ;).

      • Kirov says:

Impersonating ? Who is the impersonator here ? Troll!

Re: sex and Soviet doctors : this true, because Soviet doctors are 99% females, and they were [and are] not getting that much, due to the atrophied nature of the average Russian willy, a result of centuries of drinking and bad food. Russian men, sorry tosay this being one myself, are wasted and virtually useless at the age of 35, with many impotents and infertility in general.

Why are Russian girls running to the west ?? indeed !

    4. Did they? It looks to me the vertical pipe holding the crane´s arm is anchored into the triangular metal pieces.
I think this is a nice piece of DIY engineering, but I also think it is a bit of overkill - maybe it would be much easier and safer to use a pair of boards put onto the stairway and use the electric hoist as a come-along to get the gentleman upstairs.
On the other hand, maybe he enjoys his daily out-of-window trips - I know I would :-D

That man sure is brave! I hope that apparatus never breaks.
It doesn’t seem right that these old folks should have to go to such extremes just to get by. If I lived nearby I would have to help them.

Makes me thank god for not having any disability. God help the old gentleman.
