OMG typical drunk russian doing typical crappy russian work. in the west, even tow truck drivers have college degrees so they would know better.
It’s a car being taken away to be scrapped. Why spend time tieing down the car with straps and ropes when you can just force the jib down onto the bonnet and roof and use hydraulic pressure to hold it down?
