I honestly think it’s the last one. The baby’s lips look most like his, The eye colours match (the other guys’ are too dark. You can usually only get blue eyes from two blue or green eyed parents), and the baby’s ear lobes are detached like his (unlike number two’s). A more certain way to tell who’s the father is a cleft chin (the little dimple on the chin). I can’t tell if the baby has one but that is the most certain way to tell who the father is. So if the baby doesn’t have one I would say number two looks most similar.
