Miss World 2008 - Wrong Flag Again
It’s kind of not funny now. We had a few days ago the Russian Miss something contest winner who was holding Russian flag up-side-down so that it looked like Serbian flag. Now again - this time the glorious Miss World 2009 winner Xenia - first thing she made in airport after arriving to Moscow was taking the wrong flag! Though this time journalists corrected her but still there were a few minutes of total fail.

Yeah, and the colours were brought to Russia by czar Peter the first from Holland. He was there to learn ship-construction and so he copied the colours from Holland flag.

I live in estonia and there is a tv show called Võsa Reproter, Võsa is name of very known tv start Võsa Peeter. He went on the streets of Tallinn and asked russian people, how hawe lived all their lives in Estonia, to put Estonian flag correct side up (Blue-black-white) and no one, really, no one who he asked did not do it correctli. stupid fuckers. They have lived all their lives in Estonia and tehy dont even speak Estonian, like wtf?

I think you are overemphasizing the russian note here. I’m pretty sure that if the TV guy asked the same question to ethnic Estonians, the result would be pretty much the same.
As of the lack of knowledge of language of the land, the reason is as simple as it gets: in the Soviet time ethnic Russians who resided in Estonia had no reason to learn your language. Why bother, if practically everyone spoke Russian?
