No Gifts to Fans

It’s usually the soccer fans who cause main problems during the game - running occasionally on the field adding the job to the security.
This time it got inverted - one of the players decided to throw his t-shirt to the fans as a gift - but then was roughly stopped by policemen guarding the stadium.
Fans got crazy after that and started throwing the plastic seats on the field.
They say that happened because this team was guest playing and won, but policemen were locals and have got behind their team so decided to revenge to the guests and push them hardly. So even people on duty can get involved into the sport battles.

omon in russian spells homo backwards
wrong its “nomo” not “homo”
learn to spell
Obviously you don’t know russian alphabet
Looks like you are the one who doesn’t know Russian alphabet
the Russian “H” is pronounced as an English “N” sound
I think you are getting the languages confused here buddy.
Hey, did you know, that russian alphabet is not used in the greater world? In latin it looks HOMO.
if it looks like something doesn’t mean it is.
Its NOT Latin its RUSSIAN! so you can go fuck yourself you immature prick!
What on earth is your problem Slavich? You’re the immature one.
No you doesn’t, you homo.
Also soccer or any other “sport” only entertains people I’d describe as “BYDLO”.
It’s not ’soccer’, it’s ‘football’. We’re not in the US, people.
This event again demonstrates that Russian policemen /militia cannot be bothered with thinking or reasoning. Animals in a uniform. The majority has an IQ far below 100 points, which became clear recently when some test results were leaked to the internet. In fact, being a policeman is so unpopular that they accept virtually everybody able to walk en has two hands. Quite a few of them are simple country boys who can become a Muscovite this way. Which is considered ‘prestigious’ in Russia.
And prestige is everything.
maxD i think u are the one with an IQ below 100, fucking idiot
I’m a native Muscovite, and so is my mother , and her mother, etc. I have always looked down on assholes that think its “prestigious”.
Omon= tupye lohi kotoryh ne prinyali v SpetsNaz
Yes, “leaked IQ tests”. That’s a very trustworthy source to back up your claim. Everything on the internet is 100% true.
The combination of information available from different sources, like [indeed!] internet, local and global media and other sources, combined with personal experiences; filtered using common sense and reason will give you this result. Every Russian will confirm without hesitation: the police is crappy and corrupt.
Instead of being a trustworthy service provider they are as criminal as the ones they’re supposed to chase. Like in S-America, Afrika, all those places where there is a huge gap between the rich and the poor, but where poverty is dominant. Russia is a place just like that. Policemen are poorly paid so corruption is everywhere and criminality blooms.
And BTW: being paranoia does not imply you are per definition ‘wrong’.
There is a lot of crap on the internet. This does not automatically mean that everything on the net is crap, right ? Use your brain.
This is Anatoly Timoshuk in the pictures,,, Zenit St. Petersburg midfield… he’s quite a big star over there.. Its surprising they stopped him…
our policemen are actually quite bright. I mean come on, they make their own salaries on the streets and keep on coming up with new ways of taking money away from us “bad” drivers
They’re quite street-smart
Russian police stole from my dad all his money he got in his wallet, I wonder will I ever go to that shithole. :/
I love russia. I spend there almost every summer. This is a very interesting site, thought I do not share all the opinions here, I will definitely come back here to check what’s new.
I am going to russai again in January to see some snow (it’s missing where i live). And here are some photos from Russia (last winter) if you are interested: http://www.odyssei.com/travel-article/10240.html. See ya
pssst! its only americans who call it “soccer”. just thought ide mention that. everyone else calls it FOOTBALL, for that is its name. soccer indeed, just goes to show that americans poison people with wrongness in every land… *sigh*
damn americans with their “hand-ball”. what a bunch of cunts. still, they make good heart-attack-inducing food
also those police were obviously being dicks. shame on them!
Australians call it soccer.
They didn’t taze hime or have eight hold him down while one of them shoots him in the back. Cops are bad all over.
And don’t they say soccer in Canada? Not so sure about it but they do play our kind of football too.
Russians stole the word “football” from english speaking countries. In Russian the name of the game should be “nogamjatchik”.
Football, not soccer you suckers!
vey uncivilized !
very uncivilized !

Hey, girl!
Men also did something for yeoh borning!
Wanna try what they did?
ITS THE HOMO POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
MaxD, I am a native Russian, and I know better then some random retard like you. Some policemen are bad, others not. They are GOOD, and lawful. Just as good as ANY police in the world, you dumb american. And they certainly don’t have an IQ below 100 (most Rusisans have a very high IQ), you have.
Only thing is, that policemen are very liberal thinking about taking ”bribes” (since they make a bad salary, and if someone urinates on the street, they offer them to pay half of what they are supposed to pay as punishment).
This has century old roots. Peter I deliberately underpayed his officials, so that they could collect the rest of their salary through bribes.
I suggest you should go educate yourself, before using propoganda and ”leaked results from the internet”. It makes you look like a total retard.
I’m Russian, ‘brat’.
I guess you’re new on this blog. You demonstrate your own lack of IQ / healthy unbiased mindset by automatically assuming I’m American.
How Russian. Everything outside of Russia is America, right? And therefore bad. That’s how you’ve been raised and educated, and you don’t even realize it. It’s so silly and backward.
I’ve said it before and do it again: everybody [not just Russians, mind you] should spend a year or so abroad, just to get a fresh look at what you consider ‘normal’. It certainly worked for me. Think for yourself, judge for yourself. Be introspective, even if it doesn’t always give you a flattering outcome. It will make you grow and mature.
Only in Russia being called a ‘cosmopolitan’ was an insult, at least until recently [but I think for many it still has a suspicious undertone]
I overexagerated. I have actually been in Germany, and Poland, smartass. I know what is happening in Russia, but you seem like an idiot. You compared Russia to places like Kongo. You called our police a bunch of retard criminals.
YOU SHOULD LIVE in Russia for a while, and then talk. You probably moved to Europe, yes?
Because if you stayed, you would knew how wrong you are, and your comments simply pissed me off heavily.
First. Why the abusive language ? You think it makes you more convincing ? It does not. It makes you look immature.Second. I live in Dolgoprudny. Russian enough for you ? I aquired a rare ability when living abroad: introspection and not being afraid of critical towards yourself and your country.
I also exagerated. There are decent people in the militia. But the majority, i.p. in the traffic cops are scum.
Offensive language is not really making you look more convincing. Actually, it undermines your statements: it seems you have no arguments to back up your statements. Are you a policeman yourself ?
Police [traffic cops are leading here] are in majority corrupt. Indeed, like in Congo, how bad this is you know, apparently. They may have their reasons [underpaid] but this is no excuse IMO. The police [and the legal system in general] is supposed to be a cornerstone of a healthy society. In Russia it is the cornerstone of a corrupt society. Corruption is like cancer, it undermines everything.
Of course there will also be decent people in the police. But how long can they sustain the corruption around them ?
And the IQ outcome: actually, 100 is average and below 100 does not make you a retard straight away.
You must be the first Russian ever [apart from policemen them selves] who LIKES the police !! Congratulations !!
BTW, I’m from Dolgoprudny, born there, and living there now.
And visiting Germany is not making you an expert in foreign affairs IMO. Live there for a year, and Russia will seem like hell to you.
Oh, I just don’t talk to idiots who haven’t been in Russia for 20 years, yet think they know how it is there nicely.
Anyway.. Yes, Police officers are corrupt. But they are corrupt in a certain extent. Then won’t let you steal from someone, or let you kill someone like in Congo. Learn the difference. They need extra cash to support a family.
”The police [and the legal system in general] is supposed to be a cornerstone of a healthy society.”- I agree.
”In Russia it is the cornerstone of a corrupt society.” - Nope. As I said before, believe it or not, but most policemen are honourable men (but you wouldn’t know, as you don’t live in Russia). The thing that worries most people, is that in a research, 8/10 of them (or so) said corruption is OK, if you use the money right. So no one really cares if a policemen cashs in the money himself, instead of giving the money he took as a fine from crooks.
Only ones who do care, are the poleticians.
And hey, no judges aren’t corrupt. That just retarded. There is corruption in beurocracy, but it is widely accsepted. People don’t want to go to 5 natarouses to get stams, so that they could get a paper from a beurocrat.
Most decent people in the police are ”corrupt” (not badly corrupt. The traffic police are smart and try to do what they can to get some roubles, as they make shit for a pay).
“Corruption is like cancer, it undermines everything.” - Not the corruption in the police and lower beurocracy. Corruption like tax fraud is bad.
PS. No I doubt you even are Russian. I live in Astrakhan.
I find it funny though, that you hate the police. Because I know policemen who are openly “corrupt”, and their nice people. They are willing to risk their life for others, when on duty. You have no idea of Russian police.
You have a problem reading and understanding what you read. Dolgoprudny is rubbing against Moscow, last time I checked. It ceased to be a secret city quite some time ago.
That’s one.
Your statements and what they reflect are precisely the reason why Russia as a whole is rotten and corrupt and will stay like that for quite some time.
Russians in general love their country but hate the state. An often heard statement. At the same time, the state is reflecting the people and their mentality very accurate if you dare look into it.
Grab what you can get if necessary at someone else’s expense and as soon as you have something, build a wall around it, hire guards and buy an armored Mercedes, and then talk down about the losers outside.
Money is forwarded straight away to off-shore accounts, where it is more safe. Over 1200 different banks in Russia, a country where the majority of people doesn’t have a bank account, even. The only things these banks are doing is pumping rich people’s money around to legalize it and to launder it. To evade taxes. Because tax money is wasted on average people in their opinion. Just an example.
Another surreal one: the minister of agriculture has his whole family living in the US. Weird IMO, but it’s Russia, so anything goes. The minister of finance invest the governments money mostly in US bonds with low interest, and than borrows back the same money for a higher interest. He calls this ‘foreign investments’ and brags about the amount being invested. Recently he had to answer some questions in Duma related to the financial crisis. He didn’t show up because he had to attend a governmental meeting. His statement. In reality he was giving an interview to a foreign magazine, which he considered more important. In every country this person would have a hard time after this fuck up. Not in Russia. Also due to the fact that there is no critical press anymore, outside of the internet.
Icelandic banks went bankrupt. The first to come to their rescue is Russia. Why? Because many oligarchs had their money parked over there, and were afraid it was gone. So they started pulling some strings and their friends in the government straight away got in gear. In fact, the government is funding the oligarchs with taxpayers money. Completely surreal, but true. Etc etc.
Read the excellent web portal http://www.expert.ru : opinions and backgrounds on people and events you will never see in Russian print, because it might upset people. Printed media are controlled and supervised by the Kremlin. Since nobody wants problems, sensitive subjects are avoided.
‘[..]use the money right.’ ‘Right’ is a very subjective term for starters, IMO. To use it to buy a piece of land next to your dacha is a goal, i.e. Right or wrong ? When the owner doesn’t want to sell you burn down his property and put him in jail for some made up reason. In the meantime you take his land. To whom can he complain ? Indeed, no-one. YOU, the police are the law. This is an actual story, not made up by me. Power corrupts, which is proven in Russia every day.
Corruption is a crime according to the law. So the policeman is a criminal, jolly good fellow or not. If everything is for sale, you are not safe anywhere. The one with the money can decide on your fate.
And judges ? For sale, like everything. I was in a court case for over 2 years [actually, still am, in the middle of appealing] and lost my case several times, because, [the most recent verdict] as the bribed judge stated ‘to let me win would be bad for my opponents’. Impossible to believe, but true. The advocate of the opponents came knocking on my door a week later to offer me his services.
Why ?
Because he had the contacts and paid the bribes for his clients, but his clients didn’t pay him back, so he was left with quite a loss. No one spoke of justice, the law or right and wrong. It was about money, and money is always right, apparently.
Corruption is cancer. There is never an excuse. It is always bad. There can not be something like ‘controlled corruption’.
In the annual overview of corruption in the world [ http://www.transparency.org/news_room/in_focus/2008/cpi2008/cpi_2008_table ]Russia sharing spot 147 [of 180 countries] with countries like Syria, Kenya and Bangladesh. I am ashamed being Russian when I read this, because I know it is true.
We pose as decent and civilized but are rotten and corrupt. Babushka’s begging on the streets, general education declining fast, medical care going downhill and a corrupt legal system all because a few want all the money and abuse the power that comes with it, and no one wants to share. Doctors, professors and policemen are underpaid and this makes the whole foundation of the country weak. Of course, this is long term and no Russian cares about long term. Prestige today is better then prestige next year.
It is an old and still relevant subject of Russian literature: to give in to a corrupt system and reap the benefits or to stand by your principles and pay the price for that.
Was that Tymoshchuk from Zenit St Petersburg?
