This bank sucks.
Lost my ATM card when on vacation abroad. Called to the Moscow branch to have it blocked and ask for a new one. I couldn’t be done. They told me I had to come over in person to fill in forms, etc. When I told them I was abroad they said, Oh, ok, you can also fax the forms to us. Easy, right ? No.
I asked where to get those forms. They told me forms were only available at my local Moscow branch. I had to come over in person to Moscow to pick them up, then fax them from my vacation address… ASAP, please, or I would be held personally liable for all losses…
