It looks like they really put a firecracker in a turtle’s mouth for realism.

The name of the movie is “Mutants” (Мутанты). I’ve bought a DVD from ozon about 2 month ago.
It was made in the end of 80s.
Next time donate your money to charity. Makes more sense.

Pfffff. It is not a movie. It is a clip. So, that all of it. We’ll never know author and camera man because there is nothing to know. There are lots of clips like that at YouTube and RuTube. It’s crap and never can be a quality meter of Russian movies
exactly! this is CRAP! looks like american science fiction/horror films of late 60es or 70es! but in soviet times this kind of shit was totally banned off the screen. i was born and grown up in Russia and never seen this crap before. because it never was a movie! and stop posting all this crap discrediting info on this site!!!!! Russian Federation is one of the greatest nation on the planet! ok, maybe it is not so comfortable to live in like US for instance, but this country has contributed so much in humanity progress like NO OTHER!!!

It was for Gulag-inhabitants only. To boost the torture of their imprisonment. Only a few survived watching the whole movie. Most ran off into a minefield after the first 40 minutes to end the misery.

Some modern Russian films are quite good; like “Night Watch” and “Day Watch”. I also saw “9th Company (9 Rota) which I thought was very sad.
This is real quality film made with assistance of Revolutionary Guard Corps and their secret mascot turtle named “Baseej,” which was instrumental in helping Persian warriors defeat Iraqi Arab dogs in marshes of al-Faw peninsula during Iraqi war of agression against peace-loving Persians in 1980s. Baseej swam in the swamps and snuck up on sleeping lazy Iraqi conscript soldiers and ate them for a yummy breakfast meal.
