This is AZLK-2144 «Istra», developed in 1985—1988. Very nice car for that time, btw. Pity, but only a prototype was made. This project was closed almost 20 years ago.
AZLK car factory doesn’t exist since 2004. End of story.
I agree. It was a very nice styling exercise that compares well with the best international designs of the late 1980’s.
Who was responsible for the design?
I mean, some details look very similar to Italian cars of the era. Did Ruskies just copy them, or did they hire a foreign designer (similarly to what Škoda did for “Favorit”, which was designed by Bertone)?

Knowing that in those days GPS systems were more expensive than this car, do you think anyone would built a GPS system into a 10 year old car?
