Well, if used as ambulance, the trunk is as good as a special wagon — in both cases patient is dead before a city and a hospital are at the horizon.

No really, the body is from Ford Transit pressings. When car makers end models they sell the pressings to other companies. It is a restyled Ford tranny, Running gear is maybe the same but with local engines. Must say GAZ have made a better job of the front.
