The history of this house, situated near Moscow in Petrovskoe, starts in the far XVII century. On the picture above one can see how it looked at that time and till the Soviet revolution. The majestic ruins of this building still exist, awaiting the day of the reconstruction. That would be quite a restoration job.
Does the government own the building? It would be nice if they restored it.
“It would be nice if they restored it.” - Ha, don’t make me laugh!
There is a lot of work that needs to be done to restore this historical building. It will create jobs. A lot of sandblasting, tree, shrub and root removal, brick and replacement would be required.
Are you sure about the restoration of this villa? look at closely, this decaying structure is beyond the limit of something repairing and restoration.in my opinion, let this building die naturally.
Ha! You always tell it like it is.
It looks like someone tried to knock it down already but only did 1/2 the work.
How many times you irritate simple peoples?die right now.
Sleep? Who needs it?
Simple people? How?
It reminds me of Catherine’s Palace ruins in Moscow. (The ruins of Tsaritsyno Palace) http://www.lindsayfincher.com/gallery/v/russia_summer_03/tsaritsyno_03/
Nice photos! Thanks.
Enjoying the destruction wrought by your red pals?
“Enjoying the destruction wrought by your red pals”
LOL! What a moron!
For your information Mr. “scientist”, Tsaritsyno Palace was NEVER destroyed by the “red pals”. Cathrine herself destroyed the place because she considered it to be out of date, thus out of fashion.
Surely someone with such extensive intellect like
yourself should know something as basic as this? Well, I guess the quest for knowledge is neverending afterall. And you certainly have a lot to learn, and possiblely question your previous convictions
Let me quote for you, asshole:

I think Mandela wrote something similar while he was in jail.
Maybe that’s what Bush was talking about.
