Since smoking is a Taboo in most western countries, this centrally isn’t helping Russia to win its fight on cigarettes. Qhite sad, because smoking is a real problem in russian society.
One very popular Russian actor, Abdulov, was just diagnosed with 4th stage lung cancer.
This is the 2nd time he was in the news. 1st time was about his other trip into intensive care, and getting permission to smoke right inside the intensive care unit.
How many Russians will get a lesson from this? None.
