Ihave been hearing that the Russian police have been having a hard time with criminals. It’s about time they give them some heavy firepower and say screw the PR.
The Mercedes was probably driven by a friend of the man being arrested. It’d be cool to see if he got away after the smash or if he got arrested anyway.
