A New Lake in Moscow?
Yet another flood occurred in the Russian capital near Dmitrovskoe highway. This time the reason was a hole in the effluent disposal line. As a consequence, the roads have turned to the rivers and the big lake have been formed down the street for a while.

It’s all caused by the lack of developing countries (we’ll consider Russia as a barely developing country) to accept basic energy efficient measures like weather sealing, insulation, and earth friendly refrigerants.
You mean solar warming. Scientists have known for a long time that the Sun goes in to warming and cooling cycles. The temperature of the sun has been on the rise. And the polar ice caps of Mars have been melting too. Both Mars and Venus have seen temperature increases that are of the same parallel rate which coincide with what we see on here Earth. As the Sun begins to flare down after a few hundred or thousand years, the earth will once again begin too cool.
I should also mention that records exist to prove the earth was hotter before the renaissance than it is today.

Do they even have drains? My city has only flooded once, and it was a terrible disaster a few months ago!

WOW, thanks for the info above from ‘bullet in the head’. I had no idea that global warming causes holes in disposal lines which results in flooding. I will be preparing for the eminent bursting of all pipes in my town because of global warming.
