Electronic Smoking Device
One of the hi-tech labs in Russia is going to launch a mass production of Electronic Smoking Device (ESD). It comes with software (Cyrillic screenshot below) and can be connected to USB port of any PC. It uses vacuum method and can be loaded with water for suction power.

Ha, this is great! I used to love gravity bongs, but the worst part is having to slowly lift it while your lighting it…. its a pain in the ass. Glad to see someone has been working on the problem.
Does anyone know, is it hard to get weed in Russia? Are some former soviet states better than others with it? Is it good quality? What are the prices? And is it common…..or as common as in the U.S.?
I would think its alot harder to get, along with just about every other illegal drug. Isn’t that why people are starting to drink off the shelf chemicals to get fucked up? My dad tells me it used to grow wild all over the country side and they wouldnt think anything of it.
Marijuana could help Russia. If they could legalize and tax it, it would bring in all sorts of revenue, tourism, hemp products, alcoholism treatment, stress relief…its a wonder drug.

Actually its around 600 for boxing, full one if u are lucky.
Good weed is difficult to get, its way easier to get good brown, 500-600 for 1g.
