Another Teenage Russian Fun
Another strange fun of Russian young people. In city of Tomsk they walk on the handrail of the bridge above the river, 60 ft (20 meters) tall, without any security ropes or any other stuff. Just fully dressed, both girls and boys.

Now this illustrates what I really like about Russia: When some idiot kids fall and die, that will be the end of it. The kids were stupid and got what was coming to them.
In the U.S., there would be lawsuits filed before the first kid hit the ground, and everyone BUT the kids would be blamed.

You want to tell me otherwise. You want to tell me that in U.S. you will not see hundred angry mothers protesting next to the bridge stating that there should of been something in place to prevent kids 1) from walking on a support 2) from falling down. Not only that, I will gurantee you that the case will be against the city, state, road services and contractor that build the bridge. And guess what. And contractor at the end will be find liable for the accident. We need to feed those lawyers somehow so please get ur facts straight.
I just read a story about a couple that was having sex on the roof of their workplace, fell 50 feet and died. Whos fault is that? The builders of the building? The managers on duty? The unsafe nature of no guard rails on the roof? God, for making us crave sex? No, it was the dumbass kids fault. Same thing when kids play on train tracks, or any other unsafe area. You cant sue everything. There are plenty of measurs on that bridge to stop people from falling “by accident” You cant stop people form commiting suicide.
So yeah, you have no idea what your talking about. Try it…. jump of a bridge and then try to sue someone for it, you’ll get laughed at. Americans are sue happy, but suing for this is ridiculous.

You right suing for that is stupid. You want me to tell you whos fault was that in the couple example. Easy, the entrance to the roof should of been locked and no one should enter there without the super. Come on you know super will be blamed as well as the owner of the building. Unfortunetly in this day and age in U.S. everyone sues for pretty much everything. And i will not be suprised that there will be hundreds of lawyers that will take on a case like that. I said it before. We need to feed them. America produces roughly 50% of all the lawyers in a world. They need to eat. If you want to know more about those ridiculuous cases and monetary award they got, read up on two idiotic brothers who went swimming in NY to a place with a big sign that specifically said NO DIVING due to shallow waters. Well one dived in and broke his back, and other did the same when he went after him. I believe city was found liable to the tune of $20 mil for their injuries.
By the way thanks for suggestion but i prefer to breathe thorugh my mouth and no the tubes that my 20 mil settelment would get me….lol

I agree the mother of the kid woud probably sue would the suit wouldn’t be legit. Just because you file a lawsuit doesn’t mean theres a hearing automatically.The mothers attourney would need to prove that the child was incapabale of making the decision that walking on the top of that railing would be dangerous or not and if they were able to prove it it might set a precedent. In which case it really would prove americans are stupid.But i mean at least the kid is only hurting themself and not anyone else.Have any of you heard of the 2 boys in Australia I think it was that two boys threw a rock from a bridge and it hit a woman driving a car below and killed her.Now thats Bad, and stupid
It is the parents fault for not telling their kids to walk along the bridge normally. It is noone elses fault, stop trying to blame other people for your kids mistakes. Be a parent and stop looking for excuses.

I blame the weak in the knee’s judges who first get to see these cases and IF they grew a set of balls would tell the attorney to just get this worthless shit out of his court room and stop wasting valuable court time!
