  Its a village. I ve been there once. There live Altai people. It’s probably the only place in siberia that doesnt get snow. Its surrounded with mountains so there is no wind that could bring rain/snow clouds. Its like the middle of nowhere. The most far away from any sea place on earth it is. but really it is a shithole. nothing to do there.
