There are not diplomatical numbers, there are ukrainian “temporary” numbers. E.g. you are going to sell your car. Well, you have to unregister the car in your local vehicle office, during this “unregistering process” you have to return WHITE numbers of the car (to clerk) and get RED aka “temporary” numbers. Your buyer will do it (vice versa of course)in his-own local vehicle office too… Imho, it’s just additional way to pump money from ukrainian people… - Russian Cranes Fall Down

Oh those stupid americoses… Do u really think that this test and its results really show the truth I mean brain power, knowledge etc. of people? a little hint for americoses and their asslickers: what you think about the test’s methodology? I mean, it is very easy to make this test with 100 persons from Garward for USA and with 100 rednecks for Russia. Ha-ha, how you think what the results you have in this case? =)
