In Saratov, Russia, they decided to show patriotic feelings and hang such a poster on the facade of the dormitory of the Saratov State Agrarian University. The poster dedicated to the 9th of May, the Victory Day widely celebrated in Russia, portrays the moments of the military chronicle of the war time. The photo was taken under Kharkiv, Ukraine, in 1942. On the photo a group of German soldiers inspect the damaged Soviet tank T-34.

The representatives of the dormitary now refuse the fact it was their idea to use this poster as a holiday decoration. According to them, the idea belonged to a local advertising company…

    It can happen, especially when searching online for images. Some years back, an American politician had an ad with a montage of the military might he stood for. Then someone with sharp eyes noticed that some of the ships were Russian.
