It is strange to see the Russian capital like this now – without advertising banners and all those crazy signs. Retro Moscow of the 1950s was beautiful in its own way. It would be nice to roam about its streets at least for a day…

    The ninth photo is flipped over horizontally – cars drive on the wrong side of the road, rather than right, and ‘СТОП” (STOP) before the intersection reads right to left.
