    Russia is unseen leader in tramway track miles per country, I think.
    Stop closing them and re-open the closed lines and all will be ok.
    Cars are second to trams and trains on rails, in fuel use, more rails is less fuel.

      I agree, more trams are needed everywhere. Less maintenance on the trams and the tracks than on roads and cars. Less frustration, too, without fighting traffic. What a pleasant way to go to work every morning! I think ER has done a good service to remind everyone about the pleasing aspects of trams.

    A word of caution, though, while waiting for the tram, one must always watch out for spilled flax-seed oil!

    Great photograph collection. There’s something very charming, yet kind of odd at the same time, like a blue plaid shirt with a slightly mis-matched pattern at the seams.
