Today we continue publishing rare archive photos of USSR during its late times. Here is a photographer Vadim Kachan who was enjoying photographing people during 1980s. He lived at time in Minsk (now Belarus) and was a constant in a local photography club. Let’s take a look at his photos:

    I recently saw a year 2017 video of conditions in a Russian hospital. The doctors were very competent but the beds for patients were from 1916….WW I era.

      I recently saw a 2016 video of conditions of a US hospital. The doctors were very competent but a great number of people couldn’t afford that and died of mistreated illnesses.

      and that worse, whats the point of havin the best or newest if only few citizen can use it, over 20 millons of ppl in usa dont have medical insure…thats sucks
