Bear Found its Home on Russian Airfield

Over one year this bear lives on a Russian airfield. Russian blogger Andrey visited this place and made some photos and told this story. The bear mom was killed by poachers. Little newborn bear appeared on the airfield. It was laying on the airfield and was trembling from the sound of flying planes. Pilots couldn’t pass by this creature and picked him up. So the bear started to live on the airfield:

When it grew up a little they couldn’t throw it away in forest – it would be fast killed by people as it was not afraid of people. They tried to give it to a Zoo or something else but nobody wanted another bear.

They called a bear “Mansur” which means “a bear” on one of Siberian languages. Mansur likes his saviors a lot. Also he like people in general and like to cuddle with them.

Here is the photographer gives him his hand when he was young.

And here he comes again when Mansur all grown up.

Mansur got his own separate home on the side of the airfield.

In winter bear goes to hibernation.

But now its spring and he woke up.

Awesome story!!! Here’s to Mansur and his human friends. May they both live long and enjoy the company of another.
