Nuclear Warhead Missiles Carrying TU-95 strategic bombers Spotted in Novosibirsk airport

The production of those begun in 1955. Modern modifications are TU-95MS – produced from 1979-1992 years.

The proppelers are huge – 5.9m in diameter. Because of this it makes tremendous noise.

Those particular TU-95s are missile platforms. They carry six X-55 missiles with nuclear warheads. It can hit a target at up to 3000 km distance.

    Aaaand at 521 mph, and with a radar cross section and noise like that.

      From 3000km away they don’t need to be fast, small or quiet…They dont have to be close to their targets and can launch all their missiles pretty quickly without alerting their targets until after they are on their way home.
