About Real All-Terrain Vehicles in Chukotka.

Trelevochnik. It climbs perfectly into the mountains, but has narrow caterpillar tracks and therefore sinks. But it does have a good gear ratio and therefore it can carry heavy attachments over solid ground. In the photo, a bulldozer pulls a trelevochnik.

This heavy vehicle has all-wheel drive, but because it weighs 40 tons, it can only move in the quarry and on unpaved roads. This is considered to be explosive with everything else.

Elk. Tractable, safe, but it is very expensive and difficult to repair. It can’t carry much, so a lot of the load couldn’t be taken away.
