WINTER SURFING IN RUSSIA – REALITY!

7 Now two new episodes are in the process of filming, one of which is being filmed on the Arctic Ocean. Three trips to Russian northwest in the Murmansk region were made, to the area of the Teriberki and peninsula Ribachiy. If to describe the journey in two words, it will be a “harsh north.”

9 And in this moment there are final preparations for the trip to the Kuril Islands, which starts on 8 September. They promise an excellent forecast for waves. Guys will live for almost two weeks in tents on the shore of the ocean.

    Surfing is plenty intense, and more than dangerous enough, on it’s own, without any help from anything else, and yet Surf Siberia has found a way to step it up to another level altogether. They have my deepest respect and admiration for putting themselves on the line, following their dream wherever it may lead them, and unflinchingly staring the very real consequences directly in the face, and then pressing forward anyway.
